Refund & Returns Policy

At e2pay.store, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging and delivering premium quality tea products. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Received a damaged, leaked, or defective product
• Received an incorrect product different from what was ordered

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used tea products
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the following details:

• Order ID
• Clear images or video of the damaged or incorrect product
• Brief description of the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

5. Replacement Policy

In cases where a replacement is approved, we will dispatch the replacement product at no additional cost.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the stated period:

• Check your bank account or payment provider
• Contact your bank or payment gateway
